  • How do I see My Account?

    My Account login and registration for customers can be found clicking here.

    Vendor registration and account login can be found by clicking here.

    This is where you can edit your personal details, view past orders and see your Wish list.
  • How do refunds work?

    Refund disputes must be settled with the Vendor themselves. If you and the Vendor agree to organise a refund, the vendor themselves will do this, not vintagemotorbikes.co.

    To cover credit card and Stripe fees of the initial purchase VintageMotorBikes.co will keep a percentage of the original purchase price.
  • I changed my mind with my order, what can I do?

    If you completed checkout and money has left your account you will need to contact the Vendor from which you purchased the product.

    The Vendor can organise a refund directly into you bank account. This refund process will take minimum 2 days to complete

    Please note that VintageMotorBikes.co will keep a percentage of the amount to cover the fees involved with your initial purchase. 
  • I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

    If you have a problem with your order at any time, whether its to do payment, the cart or the product page let us know!

  • I want to become a site Vendor

    If you would like to work with us and become a Vendor thats great!

    Click here to create an account or, at the footer of every page, you can click the link, Vendor Registration.

    Enter your details in the Create an Account fields and we will be in touch with you shortly after to set you up

    VintageMotorBikes.co will contact you, confirm your details and set you up with your own store page and start selling your products!


     
  • I've got a shed full of motorbike stuff and want to sell it

  • My item is damaged or not as described

    If the item you ordered arrived damaged or not how it was decribed/pictured by the vendor and believe you are entitled to a refund, then you must contact the Vendor directly.

    You may contact the Vendor through the inquiry system their store page on VintageMotorBikes.co to solve the problem.

    VintageMotorBikes.co does not take responsibilty for product descriptions or freight as we do not handle the items ourselves.

    VintageMotorBikes.co saves you time and hassle by allowing you to find original and aftermarket motorcycle parts from a number of Vendors, all from the comfort of your home!

  • What payment methods do we accept?

    We accept any VISA credit card. VintangeMotorBikes.co uses Stripe for its payment processing.
